The EMCS offers the diverse needs of students’ scholarly academic work, practical application of knowledge, and personal growth. EMCS commits to promoting students’ multicultural and ethnic knowledge, values, and skills and preparing students for the culturally diverse and global community.
The 18 credit-hour Graduate Diversity Certificate Program provides graduate students/professionals who earned a bachelor’s degree the opportunity to acquire cross-cultural competency skills and expertise. The courses focusing on the intersections of race/ethnicity, social class, and gender.
