Film and Media Studies Student Showcase

The annual Film and Media Studies Student Showcase, hosted by FMS alum Kevin Sullivan ('17).

The event will have two parts. From 5-6 p.m., members of Professor Geoff Herbach's Screenwriting class will "pitch" their scripts to the audience and a panel of guest Minnesota State Mankato alums. The screenwriting students will talk about their in-process scripts and receive feedback from the judges, and a winner will be chosen from amongst the pitches.

Then, from 6-7 p.m., we will screen a selection of film and video works from various Film and Media production classes from the 2022-2023 academic year.

The event is a great opportunity to see the work of students and gather together to support film and media studies here at Minnesota State Mankato. This event is free and open to the public.
