Jazz Combo and Contemporary Vocal Groups

The University Jazz Combo and Contemporary Vocal groups will perform on Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. in the Elias J. Halling Recital Hall of the Earley Center for Performing Arts, 320 Maywood Ave.

Dr. Douglas Snapp directs the Jazz Combo. The Maverick Fusion and Vocal Precision a cappella vocal groups are co-directed by Snapp and Dr. Stephanie Thorpe.

The jazz combo performs a mix of classic jazz to contemporary works. The Maverick Fusion vocal group and Maverick Vocal Precision group perform a program of current Capella tunes. All three groups will perform a variety of traditional works along with arrangements of songs of the season.

Minnesota State Mankato students are admitted free with a valid MavCARD. General admission is $9 and $7 for students (K-12) and children.
