The Jazz Mavericks Big Band will perform on Monday, February 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Elias J. Halling Recital Hall of the Earley Center for Performing Arts, 320 Maywood Ave.

The Jazz Mavericks is a large contemporary ensemble. Traditionally formed as a jazz big band, this ensemble has expanded to include multiple instruments and vocalists performing a broad range of jazz related repertoire (jazz, rock, funk, Latin, hip-hop, etc.).

Douglas Snapp directs the Jazz Mavericks. The program will include traditional big band arrangements and arrangements of current pop music. 

General admission is $9 and $7 for students (K-12) and children. Minnesota State Mankato students are admitted free with a valid MavCARD.
