If you need a place to shower, there are general locker rooms with showers available to all students in Highland North 190 and 191, next to the Schellberg Gym.

Metro Campus Showers

If you need a place to shower, the bathrooms in the lower-level of the Kopp Student Center at Normandale have showers, which can be used any time the Student Center is open.
