Academic Biography
Tyler Vaughan is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology and Corrections. He joined Minnesota State University Mankato in 2017, after earning his PhD in Criminal Justice from Texas State University-San Marcos. He conducts research in numerous areas, and has published work in journals such as Crime and Delinquency, Criminal Justice Policy Review, and Justice Quarterly. Tyler's teaching interests include crime and criminology, law and the death penalty, quantitative research methods and statistics.
