This degree is a pathway to licensure in the state of Minnesota. Students will be prepared to teach music in a variety of settings and experience teaching in the field during their coursework. This degree allows the prospective teacher to work in K-12 public and private schools.
The Bachelor of Science in Music Education Instrumental General Music K-12 is accredited by CAEP and prepares students for success in an ever-changing music field with evolving technology, instruments, and populations.
