Biography:
Stan Summy earned his Bachelor of Music from San Diego State University in 2019, after which he worked as a recording engineer in studios, theaters, and live sound venues throughout San Diego. He furthered his education at Mills College, obtaining an M.F.A .in Electronic Music and Recording Media. Stan then shifted his focus to designing music technology curricula aimed at making digital music more accessible. He has taught music technology across various settings, including higher education, high schools, junior high schools, and private lessons.
