Art & Design Professor awarded with 2025 Project Space Grant
Professor Liz Miller was awarded a $10,000 2025 Project Space Grant from Kolman & Reeb Gallery in Minneapolis. The grant will allow her to complete and ambitious new body of work, culminating in an exhibition at the gallery in 2026.
Creative Writing Professor Chris McCormick Receives National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship
The National Endowment for the Arts announced that Professor Chris McCormick is one of 35 writers selected to receive an FY 2024 Creative Writing Fellowship of $25,000.
Graphic Design Alum Zach Becker Designs Art Installation for Local Business
Minnesota State University graduate and artist Zach Becker designed the piece with LocAle in mind, he said, making it the first piece to be created for the business specifically. The abstract piece, called Luminous Land, consists of bright orange, pink and green acrylic and translucent panels.
