The Applied Leadership degree completion program is perfect for people who would like to design and build their own bachelor’s degree with courses that are of interest to them. This degree is an excellent option for people who are not attracted to “cookie-cutter”, “prescriptive” programs. As a learner in this program, you will choose courses in consultation with an advisor in order to reach whatever goal you have, whether that includes completing fast, learning new skills, maintain work or career requirements, or whatever else you wish to do. 

Want an example of the flexibility? So, if you are interested in business then you can take business courses to supplement your Applied Leadership course requirements. Or, if you are interested in communications, you can take courses that are communication focused. Or, still, if you have an interest in public services, you are able to focus on completing public service-related courses. There are many options to choose from! You and your advisor will put the plan together so that you can complete your degree.
