Graduates of our program go on to a variety of different careers:
- Many of our graduates go to work for external consulting firms such as Cognizant, PWC, or Accenture
- Others work in internal consulting roles for companies such as Best Buy or Target
- Some of our graduates choose careers in human resources with companies such as Coca-Cola or 3M
- Occasionally, our graduates go on to doctoral programs, such as Bowling Green State University or the University of Minnesota

The MNSU I-O program taught me that there are many avenues to apply I-O Psychology to the business world. It taught me to feel confident in my specialized skill set that can provide value to businesses. My first job out of grad school was as a leadership development consultant. It gave me insight on how organizations were designing and implementing leadership development programs as well as how to provide coaching and feedback to leaders from Fortune 500 companies.
