Class Projects

Students complete group class projects that are applicable to the workforce. Projects aim to expose students to real life scenarios while enhancing creativity inside and outside the classroom.

Examples of class projects:

  • Developing training games that aid in teaching employees about stressors
  • Creating grant proposals for the motivation class challenge
  • Generating technical reports and conducting a job analysis
  • Developing and implementing surveys that are administered to other students at Minnesota State University, Mankato
