Minnesota State Mankato students are offered the opportunity to work as associate consultants for the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group. The OERG serves the consulting needs of a variety of organizations and allows students to gain real world experience. Student tasks include, but not are limited to, analyzing data, helping design and implement training programs, and conducting organizational research.
