The I-O program trains students to apply psychological principles in the workplace. The program is practical, high engagement, and collaborative. We emphasize real-world experiences through our in-house consulting group, the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group. We also emphasize collegiality, networking, and active faculty-student mentoring.
Our program places a strong emphasis on building relationships and working collaboratively.
